Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1 small scoop vanilla gelato
- 1½ oz hot espresso
- ½ tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch flaky sea salt
Method
- 1Warm the serving glass with hot water, then empty it.
- 2Add the measured ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- 3Pour into the warmed glass.
- 4Finish with the garnish and serve while hot.
Occasions note
Use gelato, not hard ice cream; the softer texture makes the coffee and olive oil meet properly.
