Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz Cognac
- 1 oz hot espresso
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz lightly whipped cream
Method
- 1Warm the serving glass with hot water, then empty it.
- 2Add the measured ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- 3Pour into the warmed glass.
- 4Finish with the garnish and serve while hot.
Occasions note
Keep this small. The drink should finish before the conversation does.
