Cognac, lemon, and a green flicker of tarragon.

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz Cognac
- ¾ oz orange liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 small tarragon sprig
- Ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10–12 seconds until the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Tarragon is a suggestion, not a salad. One brief press is plenty.
