Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz white peach purée
- ¼ oz demerara syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake briefly until the outside of the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the serving glass packed with crushed ice.
- 4Crown with more crushed ice and garnish.
Occasions note
Keep the mint high above the drink; the aroma does more than muddled leaves ever will.
