- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add Prosecco, then Aperol, then sparkling water.
- 3Give the drink one gentle lift.
Occasions note
Build it in that order so the bubbles stay lively. One stir is all it needs.
Batch note
Make it for a crowd.
For 8, set out eight ice-filled wine glasses. Pour 3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz Aperol, and 1 oz sparkling water into each just before serving.
