Apple Brandy Highball

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz apple brandy
- 1 oz cloudy apple juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz chilled soda water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Use tart apples or a sharp cloudy juice; sweetness is already covered by the brandy.
