Apricot Sherry Cobbler
Cold sherry, stone fruit, and crushed ice done properly.

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 3 oz amontillado sherry
- ¾ oz apricot liqueur
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- Crushed ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake briefly until the outside of the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the serving glass packed with crushed ice.
- 4Crown with more crushed ice and garnish.
Occasions note
Cobbler ice should look a little extravagant. It is part of the hospitality.
