Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz tart cherry juice
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz orgeat
- ½ oz aquafaba
- Ice
Method
- 1Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake again until the tin is frosty.
- 3Fine-strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Let the foam settle before garnishing.
Occasions note
Orgeat is rich; a half ounce is enough to give the drink its almond shape.
