Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz tart cherry juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 3 oz chilled soda water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Tart cherry is the key. Sweet cherry juice makes the drink lose its line.
