The recipe
Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz bitter aperitivo
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
- Ice
Method
- 1Chill the serving glass while you build the drink.
- 2Add all measured ingredients to a mixing glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3Stir for 20 seconds until deeply chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
Occasions note
Chocolate bitters are enough. A chocolate liqueur would make the drink too heavy.
