- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz cold brew coffee
- 2 oz tonic water
- Ice
Method
- 1Build Campari, vermouth, and cold brew in an ice-filled rocks glass.
- 2Top with tonic water.
- 3Stir once and express orange oil over the drink.
Occasions note
Cold brew gives a darker line without adding sweetness. Keep the tonic dry and cold.
