Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¼ oz corn syrup
- ¼ oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Ice
Method
- 1Chill the serving glass while you build the drink.
- 2Add all measured ingredients to a mixing glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3Stir for 20 seconds until deeply chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
Occasions note
Corn syrup here means a quick syrup made from grilled corn and hot simple syrup, then strained.
