Espresso Cola Dirty Soda

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 4 oz chilled cola
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled 2 minutes
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
- ½ oz half-and-half
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a chilled serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add the juices, syrups, and cream, then stir until smooth.
- 3Top slowly with the chilled soda and lift once with a bar spoon.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Let the espresso cool briefly so it does not flatten the bubbles. This contains caffeine, not alcohol.
Batch note
Make it for a crowd.
For 6, combine 24 oz cola, 6 oz cooled espresso, and 3 oz vanilla syrup. Serve over ice with ½ oz half-and-half per glass.
