- 1 oz chilled espresso
- ½ oz orange cordial
- 3 oz chilled tonic water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a highball with clear ice.
- 2Add the orange cordial and tonic water.
- 3Slowly pour espresso over the top and finish with orange oil.
Occasions note
Pour the espresso slowly so it sits in a handsome dark layer for the first minute.
