Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz fino sherry
- 3 oz chilled tonic water
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Fino should be refrigerated after opening. Cold sherry makes this drink sing.
