Ginger Peach Dirty Soda

Ingredients · 1 drink
- 5 oz chilled ginger ale
- 1 oz peach nectar
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz half-and-half
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a chilled serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add the juices, syrups, and cream, then stir until smooth.
- 3Top slowly with the chilled soda and lift once with a bar spoon.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
The lemon makes peach feel fresh against ginger’s warmth. Use a dry ginger ale if you can find one.
Batch note
Make it for a crowd.
For 6, combine 30 oz ginger ale, 6 oz peach nectar, and 3 oz lemon juice. Serve over ice and add ½ oz half-and-half per glass.
