Lavender Lemon Cream Soda

Ingredients · 1 drink
- 5 oz chilled cream soda
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz lavender syrup
- ½ oz half-and-half
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a chilled serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add the juices, syrups, and cream, then stir until smooth.
- 3Top slowly with the chilled soda and lift once with a bar spoon.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Lavender syrup varies wildly in strength. Begin with a quarter ounce and add only if the aroma is not there.

Make it for a crowd.
For 8, combine 40 oz cream soda, 4 oz lemon juice, and 2 oz lavender syrup. Pour over ice and add ½ oz half-and-half to each glass.
