Ingredients · 1 drink
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz olive oil syrup
- 3 oz dry sparkling wine
- 2 oz chilled soda water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Olive oil syrup is equal parts olive oil, sugar, and warm water whisked until glossy.
