Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1 oz spiced pear syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz dry sparkling wine
- 2 oz chilled soda water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Keep the mulling spice in the syrup, not floating in the glass.
