Nightcap Espresso Martini
Cold espresso and vodka with a properly dry finish.

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh espresso
- ¾ oz coffee liqueur
- ¼ oz demerara syrup
- Ice
Method
- 1Chill the serving glass while you build the drink.
- 2Add all measured ingredients to a mixing glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3Stir for 20 seconds until deeply chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
Occasions note
Fresh espresso gives the foam; shake while it is still warm.
