Orange Peel Café Crème

Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz hot espresso
- 1 oz half-and-half or oat cream
- ½ oz orange syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice
Method
- 1Warm the serving glass with hot water, then empty it.
- 2Add the measured ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- 3Pour into the warmed glass.
- 4Finish with the garnish and serve while hot.
Occasions note
The orange should feel like a twist over coffee, not a flavored latte.
