Peach Bellini with Basil
Peach, basil, and very cold sparkling wine.

Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz white peach purée
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz chilled sparkling wine
- 1 small basil leaf
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Use ripe or frozen peaches blended smooth; canned purée often overwhelms the wine.
