Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz white peach purée
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 shiso leaf
- Ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10–12 seconds until the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Shiso reads as minty and basil-like; one leaf is enough to give peach structure.
