- 5 oz chilled cream soda
- 1 oz peach nectar
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz half-and-half
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill a chilled serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add the juices, syrups, and cream, then stir until smooth.
- 3Top slowly with the chilled soda and lift once with a bar spoon.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Use lemon rather than lime here; it keeps the peach tasting soft and fresh.
Batch note
Make it for a crowd.
For 6, combine 30 oz cream soda, 6 oz peach nectar, and 3 oz lemon juice. Serve over ice with ½ oz half-and-half per glass.
