Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz olive brine
- 1 dash saffron tincture
- Ice
Method
- 1Chill the serving glass while you build the drink.
- 2Add all measured ingredients to a mixing glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3Stir for 20 seconds until deeply chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
Occasions note
Saffron tincture needs only a dash; it should read as aroma, not broth.
