Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz fino sherry
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz grenadine
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10–12 seconds until the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Choose a dry fino. The orange and grenadine provide all the softness needed.
