Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz bourbon
- 5 oz hot apple cider
- ½ oz cacao syrup
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Method
- 1Warm the serving glass with hot water, then empty it.
- 2Add the measured ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- 3Pour into the warmed glass.
- 4Finish with the garnish and serve while hot.
Occasions note
Cacao is a grounding note here, not hot chocolate. Keep the syrup modest.
