Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz gin
- 2 strawberries
- 2 snap peas
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz chilled soda water
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Press the fruit gently. The soda supplies lift; pulp will not.
