Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 2 oz Lillet Blanc
- ¼ oz tarragon syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz chilled sparkling wine
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
Tarragon keeps this from becoming merely floral. Its anise note gives the drink length.
