Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz Cognac
- ¾ oz crème de cacao
- ¾ oz cream or oat cream
- ¼ oz vanilla syrup
- Ice
Method
- 1Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10–12 seconds until the tin is cold.
- 3Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
Occasions note
Vanilla brings the dairy and Cognac together; it should be subtle, never frosting-like.
