The recipe
Make the drink.
Ingredients · 1 drink
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ½ oz walnut liqueur
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- Ice
Method
- 1Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake again until the tin is frosty.
- 3Fine-strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Let the foam settle before garnishing.
Occasions note
Dry-shake first and hard. The egg needs the friction before the cold.
