- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz gentian aperitif
- 3 oz chilled sparkling wine
- Ice
Method
- 1Fill the serving glass with fresh ice.
- 2Add all ingredients except the sparkling component.
- 3Top with the sparkling component.
- 4Stir once, gently, and garnish.
Occasions note
A dry sparkling wine keeps this snappy. Sweet prosecco can make the gentian taste blunt.
