- 1½ oz white peach nectar
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 drops rose water
- 3 oz chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- 1Build peach nectar, lemon juice, and rose water over ice.
- 2Top with sparkling water.
- 3Stir once with a bar spoon.
Occasions note
Rose water is powerful: two drops are enough to make the whole glass feel perfumed.
